All socks are a pretty typical 64 sts around, or thereabouts. I’m not bothering to post swatches of indie-dyed yarn, because by the time I’ve finished a project it’s usually not possible to get any more of the stuff.

I thought, it’s a mostly-ribbed sock (Kai-Mei by Cookie A, from Sock Innovation), perfect for a mosaic-dyed yarn. WRONG. I like it so much better in stockinette than ribbed. Ribbing makes the colors chaotic, because the purls hide the transitions between colors.
